At Sagi Media, we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting services and ensuring that every client receives valuable and actionable guidance. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds are applicable.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund if any of the following conditions apply:
- You request a refund before the scheduled session time.
- You are not satisfied with the consulting session and request a refund within 24 hours after the call.
- A technical issue on Sagi Media’s side prevented the session from happening.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
A refund will not be granted in the following cases:
- You did not attend the session without notifying us (no-show).
- You provided incorrect contact information and did not respond to messages.
- You refused to join the session despite the consultant being available.
- You request a refund more than 24 hours after the session has taken place.
3. Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your session for free if:
- You request the change at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
Requests submitted less than 2 hours before the session may be considered a no-show.

All payments are securely processed via Zbooni. We do not store or have access to client credit card information, and we cannot accelerate bank processing times.
