1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if any of the following conditions apply:

  • You request a refund before the scheduled session time.
  • You are not satisfied with the consulting session and request a refund within 24 hours after the call.
  • A technical issue on Sagi Media’s side prevented the session from happening.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

A refund will not be granted in the following cases:

  • You did not attend the session without notifying us (no-show).
  • You provided incorrect contact information and did not respond to messages.
  • You refused to join the session despite the consultant being available.
  • You request a refund more than 24 hours after the session has taken place.

3. Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your session for free if:

  • You request the change at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.

Requests submitted less than 2 hours before the session may be considered a no-show.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method.

All payments are securely processed via Zbooni. We do not store or have access to client credit card information, and we cannot accelerate bank processing times.
